What qualifications you should bring to the job

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Zurich. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and support digital transformation initiatives. If you enjoy working at the interface of business and IT, this could be a great opportunity.


 


What You’ll Do


  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams

  • Evaluate current processes and propose optimization strategies

  • Support testing, training, and implementation of new solutions

  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation


 


What You Bring


  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or digital environment

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Experience with business process modeling and common tools (e.g., BPMN, Jira, Confluence)

  • Fluency in German is mandatory; English proficiency is required
