We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our client’s pharmaceutical production operations in Basel. You’ll focus on improving processes, resolving technical issues, and driving efficiency within a GMP-compliant facility.
What You’ll Do

Analyze and improve production processes and workflows

Troubleshoot technical issues on manufacturing lines

Lead equipment upgrades and validations

Support new product introductions from an engineering perspective

Ensure all activities are compliant with GMP and EHS requirements
What You Bring

Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering

5–8 years of experience in pharma or biotech manufacturing

Experience with GMP production environments

Familiarity with equipment qualification and process validation

Fluent in German; good command of English
