We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to join our client’s pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Basel. In this GMP-regulated environment, you will ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Do

Supervise day-to-day production activities in line with quality and safety guidelines

Lead and mentor a team of operators and shift supervisors

Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements

Optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency

Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams
What You Bring

Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

5–8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production setting

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Solid understanding of GMP and cleanroom operations

Fluent in German; English proficiency required
