Many trainees started their training in September - including around 1,000 prospective personnel services clerks Numerous new PDK trainees are also starting their careers at DEKRA Arbeit . But what exactly is behind this vocational training - and why are more and more young people opting for it?
The profession of personnel services clerk (PDK) has been around for eleven years now. It is offered nationwide by various personnel service providers, including the DEKRA Arbeit Group. Since its introduction in 2008, more than 8,000 people have successfully completed the training - a clear indication of the strong and growing demand.
The PDK apprenticeship has been one of the 100 best apprenticeships in Germany for years. It is ideal for school leavers who want to enter the world of work, but also offers an attractive opportunity for career changers who want to reorient themselves professionally.
One of the main reasons for the growing interest in the PDK program is its versatility. The training opens doors to further qualification opportunities and attractive career prospects. After graduation, graduates can work in the HR sector - for example, at a traditional personnel service provider. Whatever the future holds, the PDK degree is a first step towards a promising career in the dynamic HR and personnel sector.
DEKRA Arbeit wishes all future personnel service providers every success
