DEKRA Arbeit AG is supporting a client in the Bern region in the search for a skilled Construction Drafter / CAD Technician. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of prefabricated concrete projects and act as a key link between customers, sales, and production.
What You’ll Do
Prepare quotations for prefabricated concrete elements
Participate in construction meetings and coordinate project details
Process customer orders and maintain data in the ERP system
Create production documents, 3D models, execution drawings, and bills of materials
Coordinate closely with sales and production teams
Monitor project costs, timelines, and progress
Contribute to process improvements and internal development projects
What You Bring
Completed technical training as a Construction Drafter (EFZ) or similar construction-related background
Experience with 3D CAD systems, ideally Allplan
Independent, precise, and structured working style
Interest in digital tools and modern planning methods
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
