We are currently supporting a leading construction company in the Bern region in their search for a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate challenging building projects across different phases — from planning to execution — and ensure quality, cost, and deadlines are met.
What You’ll Do

Plan and manage construction projects from concept to completion

Coordinate architects, planners, and contractors

Monitor budgets, schedules, and on-site progress

Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring

Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related discipline

5–8 years of project management experience in the Swiss construction sector

Sound knowledge of Swiss building norms and SIA standards

Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)

Strong communication and organizational skills
