We are supporting a client of ours in the Basel region in the search for a Data Analyst (m/w/d)
This position focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. You’ll be part of a data-driven team working on analytics projects across finance, operations, and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports
- Translate business questions into analytical models and visualizations
- Monitor data quality and implement validation processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to support data initiatives
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Your Profile
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI development
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of Python or R is beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German is mandatory
- Good command of English
