We are seeking a Digital Construction Manager to lead the planning and coordination of digital tools and processes for large-scale industrial and pharmaceutical construction projects in Basel.
What You’ll Do

Implement and manage BIM workflows across the project lifecycle

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure data accuracy

Lead the integration of digital project platforms for real-time collaboration

Develop and maintain digital construction standards and guidelines

Support quality control through 3D model checks and clash detection
What You Bring
-
Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
-
5–8 years’ experience in BIM and digital construction environments

Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and common CDE platforms

Strong understanding of Swiss construction standards

Fluent German (C1+), English an asset
