We are supporting a client of ours in the Zurich region in the search for a Go Backend Developer (m/w/d).
Are you passionate about building scalable backend systems with Go? Our client is looking for a developer who enjoys working in agile teams and solving complex technical challenges with clean and efficient code.
In this role, you’ll be part of a product-focused engineering team, contributing to the development of robust APIs and microservices that power modern digital platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Go
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend systems
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in backend development, with solid Go expertise
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in German is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
