We are looking for a dynamic IT Project Manager for our client, a renowned life sciences company in Basel. This role focuses on delivering strategic IT and digitalization projects that have a direct impact on research, development, and business operations.
What You’ll Do
Manage and deliver IT projects within the pharmaceutical/life sciences environment, adhering to strict compliance and regulatory standards.
Facilitate project scoping, planning, and resource allocation in collaboration with international, cross-functional teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met.
Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and contribute to the maturity of the PMO.
What You Bring
A university degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Solid experience (5+ years) managing IT projects, with a strong preference for background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector.
Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks; experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
