We are supporting a client of ours in the St. Gallen and Lyss regions in the search for an IT Workplace Engineer – Microsoft 365 (m/w/d)
In this role, you will design and implement modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft Cloud technologies. You’ll work closely with SME clients to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly environments that create real business value.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and design holistic workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies
- Independently manage customer projects and advise clients on IT infrastructure topics
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 services such as Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
- Contribute to 3rd level support and continuously expand your technical expertise
- Work with Microsoft security tools (Defender, Purview) and ensure secure cloud environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in an agile setup
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in IT (EFZ in platform development or systems engineering)
- Further education (FH/HF or similar) completed or planned
- Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and integrations
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft security products and cloud security concepts
- Ability to work independently and maintain structure in dynamic environments
- Strong customer orientation and solution-focused mindset
- Fluency in German is mandatory
- Good command of English
