DEKRA Arbeit AG is supporting a client in the Bern region in the search for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician / Technical Services professional. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of production facilities and technical infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in coordination with production management
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery
Support maintenance and revision work across different sites as needed
Take care of facility-related tasks, including monitoring solar and water treatment systems
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
Contribute technical expertise to improvement projects and future developments
What You Bring
Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g. polymechanic, agricultural or industrial mechanic)
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Experience in maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of industrial production equipment
Independent and reliable working style with a strong team mindset
Motivation to continuously learn and develop your technical skills
