We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Pharmacovigilance Officer / Drug Safety Specialist to support our client’s pharmacovigilance activities in Basel. In this position, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing drug safety data to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and support patient safety.
What You’ll Do

Process and evaluate adverse event reports from clinical trials and post-marketing sources

Prepare safety narratives and case assessments in line with regulatory timelines

Maintain and update pharmacovigilance databases

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on safety reporting and risk management

Contribute to PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, and other regulatory submissions
What You Bring

Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related healthcare field

2+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
-
Good understanding of GVP guidelines and global pharmacovigilance regulations

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-
Fluency in German is mandatory, English proficiency is also required
