DEKRA Arbeit AG is supporting a client in the Bern region in the search for an experienced Project Manager – Element Construction. In this role, you will manage projects for prefabricated concrete elements and act as the key interface between customers, sales, and production.
What You’ll Do
Prepare quotations for prefabricated concrete elements
Attend construction meetings and represent project interests on site
Process and manage customer orders, including data maintenance in the ERP system
Create production documentation and transfer all relevant technical data
Develop 3D models, execution drawings, and bills of materials
Coordinate closely with customers, sales, and production teams
Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress
Contribute to process improvements and interface optimization
Support internal development and improvement projects
What You Bring
What You Bring
Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a construction drafter, or comparable background in the construction sector
Experience with 3D CAD systems, ideally Allplan
Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
Strong affinity for digital tools and modern planning methods
Open, communicative personality with strong teamwork skills
Ability to remain focused and resilient during busy project phases
