DEKRA Arbeit AG is supporting a well-established client in the construction materials sector in the search for a Sales Administration Specialist – Inside Sales with a flexible “springer” function. In this role, you will support multiple locations and act as an important link between customers, purchasing, sales, and logistics.
What You’ll Do
Advise and support customers at the sales counter, ensuring a positive customer experience
Handle incoming phone inquiries and process customer orders efficiently
Support purchasing, field sales, and logistics teams in daily operations
Clarify customer requests directly with suppliers
Perform cash register reconciliation at the end of counter shifts
Provide holiday and absence cover at the locations in Bern (Wankdorf), Thun (Gwatt), Schwarzenburg, and Wichtrach
What You Bring
Completed vocational training in the construction industry with several years of professional experience
Solid knowledge of construction materials is mandatory
Good command of MS Office and ERP systems, with confidence in digital tools
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and resilient in busy situations
Team-oriented mindset, high level of commitment, and willingness to continuously develop
