Service Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Service Excellence Specialist to join our client’s healthcare ICT team in the Bern region. You will assess and improve the real-world usage of IT services in hospitals, clinics, and care institutions, enhancing user experience and driving operational value.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate IT service usage and user experience across healthcare clients

• Identify gaps between technical solutions and actual end-user interaction

• Initiate user adoption strategies and guide optimization initiatives

• Act as an advisor for improving end-user satisfaction and system alignment

• Collaborate across teams and monitor healthcare IT trends and innovations

What You Bring

• Higher education in ICT, healthcare IT, or related fields (FH, TS, HF)

• Broad understanding of healthcare ICT systems (e.g. KIS, PIS, ERP)

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder sensitivity

• Experience in ICT services, architecture, and user-centered processes

• Fluency in German;
