We are supporting our client in Basel in the search for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer C++ (m/w/d) to join a forward-thinking technology team. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain high-performance C++ applications and modules
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical specifications
Implement software components with a focus on reliability and maintainability
Perform debugging, profiling, and performance tuning
Work with cross-platform development environments (Windows/Linux)
Ensure software quality through automated testing and continuous integration
Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing
What You Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
3–6 years of experience in C++ development, ideally in scientific or industrial domains
Solid understanding of modern C++ standards and software architecture
Experience with build systems (CMake), version control (Git), and debugging tools
Familiarity with real-time systems or embedded development is a plus
Fluency in German (mandatory) and good English skills
