About the Role
To successfully plan and implement exciting digitalization projects with our clients, we are looking for ambitious software developers who combine strong technology expertise with the ability to bridge Business and IT as a key success factor.
What You’ll Do

Contribute to projects in digital transformation initiatives

Design APIs following RESTful principles

Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

Develop and evaluate integration solutions, operational concepts, and implementation roadmaps

Ensure development quality throughout the entire production process

Lead solution design for our digital offerings based on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and UiPath
What You Bring
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing integration projects, preferably using products such as MuleSoft
-
Experience in software development, with knowledge of Java and design patterns
-
Familiarity with common interface protocols and paradigms like REST, SOAP, HTTP, JMS
-
Curiosity and ability to implement innovative digitalization solutions based on existing ecosystems
-
Expertise in analyzing process and data flows within and between organizations
-
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders clearly and convincingly
-
Strong abstraction, fast learning ability, and willingness to share knowledge

Excellent German language skills
-
Willingness to work on-site in Bern and at client locations (100% remote not possible)
