About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer Hardware / Verification & Validation to join our client’s development team in Chur, Switzerland. You will focus on identifying design issues early through structured testing and supporting product improvements. If you enjoy hands-on work and quality assurance, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do

Identify and address design errors through structured testing

Analyze standards and customer requirements for Design FMEA

Plan and coordinate the production of test devices and equipment

Conduct tests, document results, and share insights with the team

Maintain and organize the development laboratory
What You Bring

Technical degree (HF/FH) in electronics or automation engineering

Experience in product development, testing, and verification

Knowledge of measurement technology, data analysis, and EMC testing

Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO) is a plus
-
Fluency in German and good command of English
