We are hiring motivated Construction Workers to support our client’s growing number of building and infrastructure projects in Basel. This role involves a range of physical tasks and provides an ideal opportunity for individuals who are dependable, proactive, and enjoy hands-on work.
What You’ll Do

Carry out manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging and loading

Assist with scaffolding, concrete pouring, and basic installations

Help maintain site order, cleanliness, and safety

Load/unload materials and support daily logistics

Follow guidance from site supervisors and skilled workers
What You Bring

Previous experience on construction sites is beneficial but not essential

Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks

Good work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Reliability, teamwork, and attention to site safety

Fluency in German is mandatory; other languages are an asset
