Controller

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Controller to join the Group Controlling team of our international client in Geneva. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence financial operations and support business decision-making across global functions, with a particular focus on transparency, efficiency, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Regional CFO on strategic financial initiatives and planning

• Drive improvements in cash flow and working capital management

• Analyze profitability drivers and support commercial and operational decisions

• Implement cost-saving measures and manage foreign exchange risk

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and audit-related financial reporting

• Lead and contribute to corporate finance projects and process optimization

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a strong plus

• Solid experience in controlling, FP&A, or audit functions

• Proven exposure to the shipping or logistics industry

• Proficiency in Excel and SAP for advanced financial modelling and analysis

• Structured, hands-on approach with strong communication and leadership skills

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
