Welcome to DEKRA Arbeit. For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are currently seeking a Cyber Security Manager.
Your Role:

Lead and continuously enhance the organization’s cyber security strategy, policies, and frameworks

Oversee risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability management to ensure robust protection of systems and sensitive data

Coordinate incident response planning and lead actions during security breaches and threats

Collaborate with IT and business leaders to embed security best practices into projects and daily operations

Develop and manage security awareness programs to promote a security-first culture among employees
-
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards

Provide regular reports to senior management on risk posture, compliance status, and security improvements
Your Profile:
-
Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in IT security roles, including leadership responsibilities

Deep expertise in security frameworks, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP)

Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management

Familiarity with SIEM solutions, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection technologies

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in French and English is required
