We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our client’s global finance team in Geneva. In this strategic role, you will lead the analysis and benchmarking of trade revenues across sea and land sectors, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance optimization at an international scale.
What You’ll Do

Lead detailed trade revenue analysis and develop benchmarking strategies to evaluate performance against market standards

Create and present comprehensive reports and insights to executive leadership, transforming data into clear recommendations

Analyze special conditions such as THC, local charges, and demurrage to improve revenue management

Design and enhance monthly KPI frameworks and performance tracking tools

Respond to strategic analysis requests from senior leadership and act as a key financial advisor

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align strategy and reporting
What You Bring

7–10 years of experience in a senior analytical or finance role within the shipping, logistics, or related industry

Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or Maritime Studies; professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus

Expert-level Excel skills and experience working with complex data sets

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders

Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus

Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship
