Lead Internal Auditor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Internal Auditor to join our client’s audit team in Zurich. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end audit projects with a strong focus on operational processes in a manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute internal audit projects, with a particular focus on operational audits

• Identify process gaps, assess risks, and propose actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and drive efficiencies

• Deliver insights to senior management that support business improvement

• Take full ownership of audit cycles, from planning to final reporting

What You Bring

• 10 years of internal audit experience, including operational audits in manufacturing

• Proven ability to lead audits independently and influence stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly

• A degree in a relevant field; CIA, CISA, or CPA qualifications are a plus

• Fluency in English is mandatory; German or other languages are an advantage
