We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Finance & Procurement Clerk to support our client’s finance and purchasing team in Bern. In this versatile position, you’ll split your time between accounting tasks and procurement coordination, playing a key role in the smooth running of daily operations.
What You’ll Do
Finance (40%)

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Process incoming and outgoing payments

Post cash receipts and supplier invoices

Check and process order-related invoices

Handle petty cash and maintain financial master data
Procurement (40%)

Monitor and process internal orders and stock movements

Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels

Handle supplier inquiries and discrepancies

Prepare supplier negotiations and update master data

Assist with purchasing-related administrative tasks
What You Bring

Completed commercial apprenticeship

Professional experience in accounting and/or procurement

Ideally background in trade or building materials industry

Solid MS Office and ERP system skills

Independent and precise working style with team spirit

Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Fluency in German is mandatory
