We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Worker to support our client’s reinforcement steel production in Bern. In this role, you will operate modern bending machinery and contribute to a smooth and efficient production process in a dynamic team environment.
What You’ll Do

Independently operate and retool automated steel bending machines

Support maintenance and assist during machine overhauls

Monitor equipment functionality and support quality standards

Contribute to a clean and safe working environment
What You Bring

Manual dexterity and mechanical understanding

Experience operating industrial equipment

Physically fit and ready to work in an active production setting

Ideally hold a forklift license and experience with overhead cranes

Fluency in German is mandatory (spoken and written)
