We are seeking a structured and proactive Release Manager to support our client’s software delivery efforts in Geneva. You’ll be responsible for planning and managing application releases, ensuring alignment across teams and minimizing deployment risks. What You’ll Do

Coordinate the end-to-end release process across multiple environments

Collaborate with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams for release readiness

Manage release calendars, documentation, and approvals

Ensure compliance with internal controls and release governance standards

Support continuous improvement of release automation and tracking
What You Bring

A background in Software Engineering, IT Management, or related field

3–7 years of release, environment, or change management experience

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Fluency in French is mandatory; English is also required
