We are looking for a committed and experienced Road Transport Specialist to join our client’s transport logistics team in Bern. In this role, you will operate a flatbed vehicle for depot routes, ensure safe cargo handling, and support dispatch operations during absences.
What You’ll Do

Operate flatbed trucks to supply branch locations within the region

Secure goods safely for transportation and maintain transport quality

Take care of vehicle maintenance and cleanliness

Step in as dispatcher during vacation coverage (approx. 12 weeks/year)

Train apprentices as a workplace mentor
What You Bring

Valid driver’s license category C/CE

Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented approach

Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure

IT knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident with digital tools

Experience in dispatch or strong knowledge of building materials

Fluency in German is mandatory
