We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Service Desk Representative to support our client’s internal users in Geneva. As part of the IT support team, you will handle technical issues and requests, ensuring a smooth IT experience for employees. If you enjoy helping others and have strong troubleshooting skills, this could be a great fit.


 


What You’ll Do


  • Deliver first-line technical support across various IT platforms

  • Respond to incidents and service requests through phone and email

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Escalate unresolved cases to relevant technical teams

  • Keep users informed and update ticketing system accordingly


 


What You Bring


  • Education or training in Information Technology or related domain

  • 1–3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

  • Good understanding of common enterprise software and hardware environments

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in French is mandatory; English is also required
