We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Service Desk Representative to support our client’s internal users in Geneva. As part of the IT support team, you will handle technical issues and requests, ensuring a smooth IT experience for employees. What You’ll Do

Deliver first-line technical support across various IT platforms

Respond to incidents and service requests through phone and email

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Escalate unresolved cases to relevant technical teams

Keep users informed and update ticketing system accordingly
What You Bring

Education or training in Information Technology or related domain

1–3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

Good understanding of common enterprise software and hardware environments

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Fluency in French is mandatory; English is also required
