We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Representative to join our client’s support team in Zurich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and support, ensuring that users receive timely and effective assistance. What You’ll Do

Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system

Record and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions

Escalate complex issues to second-level support when necessary

Support users with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
What You Bring

A completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or a related field

1–3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role

Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and ticketing tools

Strong communication and customer service skills

Fluency in German is mandatory; English proficiency is also required
