Was Sie mitbringen sollten

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Representative to join our client’s support team in Zurich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and support, ensuring that users receive timely and effective assistance. If you enjoy solving problems and supporting users, this could be a great opportunity.


 


What You’ll Do


  • Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Record and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions

  • Escalate complex issues to second-level support when necessary

  • Support users with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles


 


What You Bring


  • A completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and ticketing tools

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Fluency in German is mandatory; English proficiency is also required
