We are seeking a structured and proactive Service Operations Analyst to join our client’s team in the Bern region. In this key role, you will analyze incidents, optimize ITSM processes, and improve service stability and quality across critical healthcare ICT environments in Switzerland.
What You’ll Do

Investigate incidents and recurring issues to identify root causes (Problem Management)

Track and evaluate monitoring alerts and trends for early issue detection

Coordinate and follow up on problem tickets with technical teams

Develop and maintain SOPs and contribute to ITSM process improvements

Automate recovery actions and improve monitoring systems and thresholds
What You Bring

Several years of experience in IT operations, ITSM, or service monitoring

Strong analytical mindset with a structured and independent work style

Familiarity with monitoring tools, scripting, and ITSM platforms

Knowledge of ITIL and experience in process design and documentation

Fluency in German, and strong coordination and communication skills
