Our client, a Swiss subsidiary of the Swedish Saab Group, develops, manufactures, and distributes high-tech products for both defense and civilian markets. With around 130 employees across two locations, the company serves national and international customers. For the Thun site, we are currently seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to support and improve supplier quality processes and collaboration.
What You’ll Do

Develop and implement best practices in Supplier Quality Management (SQM), particularly for deviation handling and supplier audits

Act as the main contact person for supplier-related quality concerns and communication

Provide internal training and support for operational teams, sharing quality expertise and tools

Collaborate with other quality functions within the Saab Group and represent production in cross-functional teams

Support in planning and executing supplier quality reviews and assessments
What You Bring

Technical vocational training or equivalent experience in a production or maintenance environment

Additional education in quality management, with a focus on supplier quality

Knowledge of quality tools and standards such as FMEA, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement (KVP)

Solid IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems

Fluent in German (C1), good command of English (min. B1); French is an advantage
