Your Role:

You will be responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of the client’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization platforms

Collaborating with IT architects and project managers to implement secure and scalable systems solutions

You will monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability
-
Take a leading role in automating repetitive tasks and improving system deployment processes
-
You will support backup and disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing
-
Maintain system documentation and provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
Your Profile:
-
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, with 3–6 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and networking concepts
-
Experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Ansible)

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
-
Experience with system monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Fluency in German and English
